"PRYMER FAST 500" is a 1-component polyurethane primer that contains no water or solvent for concrete priming and strengthening. This primer puts a protective film and binds the primed surface. Can be used for concrete reinforcement or waterproofing (moisture protection). This primer is used before gluing ADESIVER 2K PREMIUM with two-component polyurethane adhesives. The main advantages of this primer are: very short drying time: 45-50 minutes without solvents and water, odorless, low viscosity (well absorbed on primed surfaces), suitable for heated floors.
CONSUMPTION:
Concrete reinforcement
Priming base must be level, firm and clean. The substrate must be vacuumed to avoid dust or other materials.
Prior to priming, allow the primer to acclimate. Shake well before use. Put the primer on the surface with a roller or brush. Apply a very thin layer (yield should be 120-150 g/m²). Do not fill the substrate too much to avoid scoring, which may adversely affect the quality of the primer. After 45-50 minutes (but not later than 24 hours), apply a second primer (if necessary). Cover the second layer with a thin layer to avoid scoring. After the last application of the primer layer it is possible to stick after 45-50 minutes, but not later than 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed after priming, then add an additional layer of primer and sprinkle it with quartz sand (0.8-1.2mm)
Concrete to protect against moisture
"PRYMER FAST 500" is used as a waterproofing primer. In this case, the moisture content of the concrete should not exceed 5% on the CM scale.
Priming base must be level, firm and clean. The substrate must be vacuumed to avoid dust or other materials.
Prior to priming, allow the primer to acclimate. Shake well before use. Put the primer on the surface with a roller or brush. Apply a very thin layer. Do not pour the primer too much to avoid scoring, as it may harm the quality of the primer. After 45-50 minutes (but not later than 24 hours), be sure to apply the second layer of primer. Cover the second layer with a thin layer to avoid scoring. After the last application of the primer layer it is possible to stick after 45-50 minutes, but not later than 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed after priming, then apply 3 primer layer and sprinkle it with quartz sand (0.8-1.2mm)
